The release of the MD series multi axis CNC high-speed electric discharge punching machine is mainly suitable for industries such as aerospace, military, automotive engines, gas turbines, etc. Among them, the MD6 model is specifically designed for the processing of various spatial holes on aviation engine blades, equipped with advanced two-dimensional CNC turntables (B and C axes) to drive the rotation of the workpiece, and in combination with various linear motion axes, obtain small holes at different spatial positions and angles. Machine tools can achieve multi hole position vector machining.

Product Description

The release of MD series multi axis CNC high-speed EDM punches has brought good news to aerospace, military, automotive engines, gas turbines and other industries. MD6 is specially designed for the processing of various space holes on aeroengine blades, and it equipped with advanced two-dimensional CNC turntables (B and C axes), which drive the workpiece to rotate, and coordinate with each linear motion axis to obtain small holes with different spatial positions and different angles.

The machine tools can achieve multi hole position vector machining. Independently developed CNC system, touch screen input method, USB interface, control software with generated ISO code interface. The system configures single or composite processes according to the requirements of the workpiece, and provides customers with complete solutions based on requirements. Supports automatic measurement and 3D software interfaces, and it equipped with a wire support mechanism to ensure the vertical state and machining stability of the electrode wire during the machining process. The machine tool adopts a pneumatic electrode wire clamp, greatly improving work efficiency. At the same time, optional workpiece automatic measuring devices, automatic electrode changing libraries, and electrode correction systems can be equipped to achieve one-time clamping of workpieces and automatic completion of machining program operations for porous positions.

The design of the machine tool control system is advanced and reasonable, with sufficient static and dynamic rigidity and accuracy, which can maintain good operating conditions and stable accuracy. The consistency, dimensional and positional accuracy, good surface quality, small remelting layer, equipped with a deionized water working fluid circulation system, and a fully enclosed cover make machining safer and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
