MD6-GT

The MD series multi axis CNC high-speed drilling system is a multi axis linkage model released for industries such as aerospace and gas turbines. Among them, the MD6-GT model is specially developed for the machining of cooling holes and slots on the combustion chamber components of aircraft engines, large gas turbine blades, and guide blades. It can meet the machining requirements of round holes, opposite holes (ellipses), sealing grooves, and 2D and 3D opposite holes. The device adopts controllable seven axis and five axis linkage servo control, and each servo axis adopts an AC servo drive system. Machine tools can achieve multi hole position vector machining.

Product Description

The MD series multi axis CNC high-speed drilling system is a multi axis linkage model released for industries such as aerospace and gas turbines. Among them, the MD6-GT model is specially developed for the machining of cooling holes and slots on the combustion chamber components of aircraft engines, large gas turbine blades, and guide blades. It can meet the machining requirements of round holes, irregular holes (ellipses), sealing grooves, and 2D and 3D irregular holes.

The device adopts controllable seven axis and five axis linkage servo control, and each servo axis adopts an AC servo drive system. Machine tools can achieve multi hole position vector machining. A self-developed CNC system with touch screen input method, USB interface, and control software with generated ISO code interface. Supports interfaces such as automatic measurement and 3D software, with optional on machine automatic measurement devices, automatic electrode changing libraries, and electrode calibration systems.

The design of the machine tool control system is reasonable. It has sufficient static and dynamic rigidity and accuracy to maintain good operating conditions and stable accuracy. The processed holes have the characteristics of consistency, dimensional accuracy, positional accuracy, good surface quality, and small remelting layer, and are equipped with a deionized water working fluid circulation system.
