The MD series multi axis numerical control high-speed drilling system is a multi axis linkage model released for aerospace, gas turbine and other industries. Among them, the MD6-GT model is specially developed for the processing of cooling holes and grooves of various gas mold holes on aeroengine combustion chamber components, large gas turbine turbine blades and guide vanes. It can meet the processing requirements of round holes, heterosexual holes (ellipses), sealing grooves, and 2D and 3D heterosexual holes.

Product Description

The MD series multi-axis CNC high-speed drilling system is designed for aerospace, gas turbine and other industries. The MD6-GT is specially designed for aero-engine combustor components and large gas turbine turbine blades and air-blade holes on the guide vanes. Developed by the processing of cooling holes and grooves, it can complete the processing requirements of round holes, anisotropic holes (ellipses), sealing grooves, 2-dimensional and three-dimensional anisotropic holes.

The device adopts controllable seven-axis, five-axis linkage servo control, and each servo axis adopts AC servo drive system. The machine tool can realize the processing of porous bit vector. WinXP operating environment, touch screen input mode, USB interface, control software has interface with ISO code generated by software such as UG. Supports automatic measurement and 3D software interfaces, optional automatic measuring device, automatic electrode changing library, and electrode calibration system.

The machine tool control system is advanced and reasonable in design, with sufficient static, dynamic rigidity and precision to maintain good operating conditions and stable accuracy. The processing hole has the consistency, dimensional accuracy, positional accuracy, good surface quality, small remelting layer, and is equipped with a deionized water working fluid circulation system.
