CTM series multi-axis CNC EDM machine is developed by our company to meet the complex space position of aerospace and other fields. It is suitable for the processing of parts such as high temperature alloys, titanium alloys, rare earths, conductive ceramic materials and other difficult materials.
The machine is equipped with three linear moving axes X, Y and Z. The three axes are all driven by Japanese THK linear rolling guides. The high-precision ball screw is used for transmission. The main machine adopts the ram type structure, and the worktable is fixed, which improves the machine tool. Motion accuracy and motion sensitivity, excellent servo performance and processing stability.
The machine tool is equipped with an imported oil-immersible cradle-type AB-axis CNC turntable. The turret drives the workpiece to rotate, and the XYZC can realize the 6-axis linkage control to realize the molding processing at any position and on different surfaces of the space.
The machine tool is built in the Z axis of the CNC C axis, which drives the electrode numerical control indexing processing. It can be equipped with the rotating spindle R axis placed on the Z axis, and can be internally flushed to drive the electrode to rotate continuously, which is beneficial to the processing of deep holes.
The control system adopts WindowsXP operating system and is equipped with CAD/CAM programming software. It is equipped with communication interfaces such as USB, RS232 and Ethernet to facilitate communication with off-machine software. The programming code uses the international standard ISO code.
The control of the pulse power supply and the discharge circuit are all fully digitally controlled, and each discharge pulse can be precisely controlled. The pulse power supply monitors a single pulse in real time, which can effectively control the wavelength and reduce the loss, ensuring stable, efficient and continuous processing, and making the surface accuracy of the EDM uniform. Significant effect on narrow slits, narrow grooves, especially deep blind holes.
The control cabinet is modular in design and easy to operate and maintain.
