The HX series multi axis CNC wire cutting machine is a specialized wire cutting machine designed for semi ring cutting, forming, and semifinishing machining of various large and medium-sized annular parts, as well as difficult to machine materials, such as aviation engine casings and annular parts. Suitable for processing difficult to cut materials such as high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys.

This device is equipped with X, Y, Z linear motion axes and BC CNC turntable. The BC axis drives the rotation and tilting of the workpiece, and cuts the required shape of the circular part in conjunction with XYZ. After clamping the parts in one go, the CNC automatically divides and cuts the inner or outer ring. Especially for the cutting of inner ring parts, clamping the parts in one go can complete the shape of the inner ring in one go without moving the fixture. The degree of automation in processing is high, and the response to processing accuracy is also high.
